Study On The Contract Programming For Exhibition Project Of Wuhan International Exhibition Center

There are sorts of disputes and claims between owners and contractors in the projectconstruction. These problems caused by one main reason are that the owners focus oncontract management in the implementation and neglect of the contract programming.Contract programming which guarantees success of the project is the first step of contractmanagement.Because of amounts of contracts, the exhibition project need contract programmingto guarantee construction work efficient and reduce disputes caused in the projectimplementation. The thesis puts effort on the questions of owners’ contract programmingfor exhibition project based on the theory. In contract management programming part, thisthesis studies the contract management organization and contract management system. Incontract structure programming part, the thesis analyzes the delivery of exhibitionproject---BT mode, draws the contract breakdown structure diagram and studies thedividing bid-sections. In the contract content programming part, the thesis studies theBT mode contract contents which has no model contract recently, discusses the pricingmethod selection. At last, the thesis studies the choice of tender and the selection ofbidders by using game theory, and calculates the bid evaluation weight based on AHP.In the future, the theory of contract programming should be combined with China’sactual situation by learning a lot knowledge and experience from foreign countries toimprove the owners’ contract management level and reduce unnecessary claims forcompensation.
