In recent years, the High-speed rail has developed rapidly in our country. And it hasbecome the most important way of citizens’going out for trips or business tradings. In thenext30years, the major provinces of China will be connected by the High-speed railnetworks which finally will form an integrated system. Then China will be the coutry thatown the strongest High-way speed rail network in the world. By that time, the citiesinvolved will have a big movement in building the High-speed rail stations. Normally,High-speed rail stations are suggested as one of the most important transportationjunctions of the cities, and also be connected by the other transportations, for instance,Rail Transit, LongDistance Bus and public transit. Therefor, they will become apowerfulcores that attract traffics, businesses, officials and real estates. And we call theyHigh-speed Rail Transportation Cores(HRTC). The accessibility of HRTC is incomparable. As a result, the HRTC will impact the industrial structure and the space structure stronglyof the cities. The land around the HRC will also confront a drastic development in thefuture. Especially in China, mot HRTC will be built out side the city center. Therefor, theland around the HRTC should be planned and guided reasonably. But now in China, related researchs are still not enough. Most theories are based on the TOD pattern simplely. In this thesis, the author first expounded the history and the theories related of HRTC andthe problems that showed in the past of its history. So we could realize its importance forthe city and see the main problems we may face in the future. Next the author analysed thelanduse of HRTC in the cities of Japan Shinkansen (JS), ascertain the influence area of theHRTC in physical space. By contrasting the datas on economic and the realms in physicalspace of these cities, we can see the relationship on maths between they. Besides, theauthor constracted5cities’ HRTC by analyzing their industries in the distance of2kmaround HRTC, tried to find out the differences in distribution density of the industries andfinally got how much the industries required the HRTC in reality. And then we couldobtain the land types which we should plan around the HRTC and their proportions. Finally the author summarized the affected distance of HRTC in physical space, the landtypes and scales we should planning around the HRTC,and the whole planning strategy. And hope all study achievement will guide the developments of the HRTC toward aheathy and reasonable direction.
