| With the arrival of the era of high-speed rail,more and more cities rely on high-speed rail stations to develop new urban areas.The construction of high-speed railway station directly affects the development of the functional layout of land use in the core area and is the focus of future planning and construction.However,the traditional planning mode only pays attention to the guidance at the end of the planning period,and lacks the attention to the dynamic process of construction.Because of the lack of systematicness,the efficiency and benefits of intensive development cannot be guaranteed.At the same time,in the view of existing schemes,most of the qualitative means to carry out analysis,lack of scientific and objective judgment,it is difficult to find the most ideal optimization scheme.In view of the spatial status quo of Andong High-speed Railway New Area,based on the future development requirements,this paper divides the development of high-speed railway station into three stages by using the idea of dynamic iteration: short-term,medium-term and long-term.The genetic algorithm is introduced to quantitatively infer the change process of land use function in the core area of high-speed railway in three periods,and then the corresponding optimization schemes and strategies are put forward.The main body of the paper is divided into three parts:Firstly,combining with the study of successful cases of foreign high-speed railway stations,the land use scope,functional composition,proportion and land use layout suitable for the construction of the core area of high-speed railway stations are obtained through correlation analysis to guide the planning of the core area of high-speed railway stations in China.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation and background of Andong High-speed Railway New Area,and predicts the land use scope,population scale,economic development and development orientation of the core area of High-speed Railway in different periods.The development of various functions in the core area of Andong high-speed railway is understood,and the characteristics of the layout of various land use functions in the core area of Andong high-speed railway in the future are determined.Based on this,the genetic algorithm model database is constructed.Secondly,based on the analysis and prediction of various indicators,the pre-processing of genetic algorithm simulation was carried out for the core area of Andong high-speed railway,and the land use types were redivided into 5 decision variables and 3 invariants,and the interval range of each variable in different development stages was determined.Second will be three times to complete the goal of quantitative analysis,divided into to the optimum ratio of the function of the target,to maximize the compact degree of the target,the most appropriate combination function,to the rules and regulations of some of the city planning and development results on the period for the effects of the next period to develop operational constraints of the model,Finally,the optimization model of land function layout in the core area of Anyang highspeed railway in the near term,medium term and long term is formed.Thirdly,according to the optimization model constructed in the three periods,several representative optimization schemes were selected to conduct rational analysis of function layout,and the target values of each scheme were analyzed and evaluated comprehensively considering the three objectives of economic,social and ecological benefits in different periods in the short term,medium term and long term,and finally the scheme was determined.Finally,according to the simulation and optimization results of the core area of Andong high-speed railway,the layout methods and optimization strategies of various land use functions are analyzed from residential functions,commercial and office functions,transportation functions and public service facilities functions.It is found that the development of land function layout in the core area of high-speed railway is dynamic,and it needs to be changed from the traditional "ultimate blueprint" to the "dynamic blueprint".According to the simulation results of multi-objective genetic algorithm,in different development stages,the layout form and development direction of each land use function are different,so it needs to be considered in different stages.Only in this way can the sustainable development of the core area of the new high-speed railway district be guided scientifically and reasonably through accurate planning and fine layout. |
