transportation problems since China entered the new century.In 2004,China promulgated the "medium and long term railway network planning",which made the railway construction in China into a leap forward development.By the end of 2016,China's high-speed rail operation was over 22 thousand kilometers,accounting for about 60% of the total mileage of the world's high speed rail,and the history of high speed rail was the first in the world.But the development of China's high-speed railway is mainly concentrated in the densely populated area in the East and central China.The high-speed rail construction in the northwest area is relatively slow.Until the opening of BAOLAN high speed railway in 2017,the high-speed rail access from the east to the west of China's high-speed rail network was completely opened.BAOLAN high-speed rail construction has a great impact on the region's transportation market,to alleviate the existing railway transport modes at the same time,Gansu has also changed the transportation pattern,especially the change of Gansu Province in the past "in the traditional pattern of transport transportation capacity",BAOLAN high-speed rail construction in the end what is part of Gansu transport pattern present situation,from the traffic situation in Gansu,Gansu transport market present situation,the high-speed rail construction situation in Gansu province and Gansu province transportation market supply and demand for transportation four aspects has carried on the description and analysis.According to the general situation of Gansu transportation,the transportation in Gansu province is the basic pattern of railway and road transportation,civil aviation and waterway transportation.According to the current situation of Gansu's transportation market,the data in 2010 showed that the transportation turnover of gansu province accounted for 70.3% of the total transportation turnover,with railway transportation taking the first place.Due to lanzhou-chongqing railway,baolan railway,an railway has been put into use,such as railway transportation is truly realize the convenient,fast;From the situation of transportation supply and demand in Gansu transportation market,the absolute volume of passenger and cargo traffic is increasing,the increase of passenger and cargo turnover is limited,and the transportation demand is greater than the transportation supply.The third part is the analysis of the impact of the construction of balan high-speed railway on the transportation pattern of Gansu province.This is the focus of this level,transportation policy and consumer demand;Fourthly,the influence of passenger transport market is analyzed.The influence of passenger transport market is analyzed by using Maslow's demand theory and passenger transport demand hierarchy theory respectively.Fifthly,the influence of freight transport market is analyzed.High-speed trains in Gansu travel operations,compared with cars and ordinary railways,are more core competitiveness.In the foreseeable future,high-speed railway built will certainly change region in Gansu province transportation present situation,the main functions of high speed railway passenger transportation,the traditional common rail and road transport will gradually increase freight business share proportion;Sixth,the construction of passenger transport demand utility function is analyzed.The fourth part is the evaluation of the construction of baolan high-speed railway on the high-speed transportation pattern.Analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy analysis method are used for evaluation and analysis.Firstly,the evaluation methods are fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,the hierarchical evaluation method is determined to be the construction of this evaluation model.Thirdly,the construction of evaluation hierarchy diagram is created.Fourth,the determination of evaluation weight;The fifth is the determination of evaluation grade.The most important thing is to evaluate the construction of high speed railway in gansu province.Finally,the conclusion and prospect are presented.Three conclusions are drawn from the analysis and research of this paper.Secondly,this paper summarizes several influencing factors of impression transportation and supply,analyzes the influence of passenger transportation market and cargo transportation market,and constructs the benefit function of passenger transportation demand.Thirdly,the comprehensive evaluation on the construction of baolan railway was carried out by using ahp and fuzzy evaluation method.The evaluation result was: > traditional railway transportation > road transportation > civil aviation transportation.Baolan high-speed railway is the last part of the high-speed railway connection between east and west of China,and it is also an important infrastructure construction in the development of western China.The research for the
