Abstract/Summary:
Micro turbine engine is widely used in field of civil Model aircraft,and is receiving more and moreattention in military projects,it gradually becomes preferred power device of small tactical missileã€Âuavsand low cost attack ammunition.Control system is the key to ensure the performance of wholepropulsion system,and emphasize outstanding feature of digitizationã€Âhighly integration and lowcost.This paper mainly concerns schematic designã€Âsimulation investigation and engineering realizationof the digital control system for micro turbine engine.Firstly,application backgroundã€Âfunction and framework of the system were illuminated.In view ofits core component uints,developed the software and hardware design work,including ARM kernelembedded digital electronic control unitã€Âembedded software based onμCOSâ…¡real-time operatingsystem and BLDC motor fuel pump;Aimed at thecharacteristics of the micro turbine engine,selected the system controlparameters,also,designed adjustment plan and control strategy of open-loop and closed-loop;Completed identification of the engine nonlinear model appling equilibrium flow algorithm,at thesame time, based on analytical characteristics and data fitting technology,mathematic models of othersubsystems in the closed-loop were established.In this paper,classic PID control project was discussed torealize system’s closed-loop control.The dynamic process of whole digital control system was simulatedon computer,and PID controller was optimized.Based on the above work,completed the engineering implementation of a micro turbine engineitem,and designed upper compuer system.The system test results proved this digital control systemcould realize the function of sparkingã€Âstartã€Âcruisingã€Âprotection and stop etc for micro turbine engine,and could satisfy the dynamic and static requirements.It’s characteristics of digitalã€Âminiaturization andlow cost have the practical value.
