The rapid prototyping control system and hardware-in-the-loop simulating system of aeroengine play a very important role in the research of control laws and advanced control arithmetic and the development of electronic controller. With the purpose of engineering application, the software and hardware of the research platform of micro turbine engine control system is designed in this paper.Firstly, according to the functional requirements for the rapid prototyping control system and the hardware-in-the-loop simulating system of micro turbine engine, a multifunctional data acquisition and control hardware platform is designed,which constructs the hardware base of the research platform, based on TMS320F2812 DSP and master-slave interrupt control technology.Then, two pieces of corresponding software for the multifunctional platform are designed: a PCI driver based on WinDriver kit and an application program which consists of a skeletal application software of the master computer based on Visual C++/MFC and universal software for real-time data acquisition and control of the slave. These two corresponding programs construct the software base of the research platform.Lastly, the rapid prototyping control system and hardware-in-the-loop simulating system of micro turbine engine based on the multifunctional software and hardware platform are designed. The simulation and rig test show that the multifunctional software and hardware platform is very useful in engineering application and that the rapid prototyping control system and hardware-in-the-loop simulating system of micro turbine engine can supply reliable test platform for the research of control laws and advanced control arithmetic and the development of electronic controller.
