The energy of wind and tidal current are the most important part of the renewableenergy, and nowadays energy using is very significant to improve energy structure, promotethe development of ecology and environment as well to solve the electricity problem in theremote regions.Power management integration control concept has been introduced in this paper,energy management and load distribution of complementary power station has beenresearched in order to realize the system’s optimal management and reliable performance.According to the characteristics of the typical island independent operating power system,the system is consist of small wind turbine and trend power machine, permanent magnetssynchronous generator, rectifier, DC converter, battery, inverter and seawater desalination,garbage disposal along as well as domestic load. The purpose is automation and efficiencyof power source management by designing fuzzy control system.First, in the paper the key device and control circuit is analyzed for technical supporton the load distribution. In addition, the technique of maximum power point and thetracking to load required is discussed.According to the randomness of the renewable nature resource and power demandconsciousness even more the nonlinearity of load distributing, the theory of fuzzy control isadopted to design the management and load distribution solutions. Through the wind’s andtidal current speed’s collection, the max electric energy on the current state could beestimated, and combined with the battery state, the correct and timely decision will be madeby the controller. Because of the fuzzy algorithmic approach, the system has high robustness,and could be very well to reduce the effect by interference or parameters change. Theadaptability is also enhanced so as to the controller has some level of intelligence.In order to validate the control strategy, the system models and FLC are established onthe Matlab and SimPowerSystem. Some simulation results are given in this paper, the resultis reasonable, which shows that the controllers achieve the requirement and purpose of thesystem.Finally, a new theory research, MAS technology, is raised. All power generation andload is divided into several agents, which can achieve their own wishes through the autonomy and also can realize the system objective by their interaction and cooperation.This kind problem solving brings a new practice application, and has certain innovationvalue.
