At present,the traditional energy is decreasing,the environmental pollution is serious,the clean energy wind power and the solar energy has the universality,the infinite merit and so on,although the wind and solar energy have a variety of advantages,however,due to the development of wind power and photovoltaic power conversion efficiency is low,the development of wind solar hybrid power generation system is greatly restricted.therefore,In order to improve the efficiency,the wind turbine and photovoltaic array output the maximum energy in any case,and the utilization rate of the wind energy and the solar cells is improved,This is of great significance to the practical application of new energy power generation.This paper focuses on the problem of maximum power tracking in hybrid wind power generation system,The MPPT control algorithms of PV and wind power generation are studied respectively and discussed in depth.The advantages and disadvantages of various MPPT are analyzed,and corresponding MPPT control strategies are designed for PV power generation system and small fan.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy and improve the response speed of the system.The contents and works are as follows:(1)The principle of MPPT and the advantages and disadvantages of common MPPT control strategy are analyzed.An improved MPPT control strategy with variable step size is proposed to solve the problem of miscarriage of justice and to solve the oscillation problem at the maximum power point.This method has a fast track,good dynamic and steady-state performance.(2)Wind power generation adopts fuzzy PID control strategy.this way is combined with PID control and fuzzy control,Based on the advantages and limitations of fuzzy control and PID control,and the maximum power can be tracked more quickly.(3)Considering the output power of the system when the weather changes,the voltage of the battery will change,the main three kinds of working conditions were simulated.The simulation results show the correctness and effectiveness of the system design and control strategy.The system can respond in time and accurately when the external environment changes to meet the load demand,which reflects the reliability of wind and solar power generation.
