Steel-aerated concrete-concrete composite structure is a new type ofstructure which developed on the basis of steel and reinforced concretestructures. This superimposed slab is made up of a concrete slab,aeratedconcrete and a steel beam with reverse T section. Part of T steel web bend90to act as shear connector in a certain pitch for steel beams and concreteslab can work together.1) Study on the mechanism of bond-slip in walled steel and concrete.By single-ended monotonic pull-out test, investigate the bonding propertiesof the Q235-B and Q345-B in the concrete. Analysis the whole process ofspecimen bonding force destroyed, to get the composite plate overallanalysis of the bond-slip curve.2) The key properties of the shear connector. By single-endedmonotonic pull-out test of13component,study on the shear capacity indifferent shear connector of width,height and thickness, then analyzes theshear connector to arrange reasonable.3) Computing load-slip relationship of the whole analysis by using ANSYS, while the finite element analysis to calculate the limit loadreference value as a pilot study. Based on finite element analysis data andexperimental data, continue to study the shear width and height of shearparts,the shear thickness, strength of concrete and steel material piecesbearing capacity of shear connectors.4) Flexural capacity of the steel-concrete composite plate bendingcapacity of plastic calculation. Analyzed by ANSYS suggest that the slabcapacity of the composite floor superimposed slab can be calculated by theplastic method.
