| Steel-concrete composite beam is a important structure that made steel and concrete slab work together by shear connectors.Shear connectors play important roles in establishing the connection.Steel-concrete composite beam has the advantages of high bearing capacity,good ductility,low cost and so on.It can make full use of the mechanical properties of steel and concrete.Although steel-concrete composite beam has been more developed and applied at home and abroad.The theory of composite beams is becoming more and more mature,but there is little research about the shear connector how to work for the flexural capacity of composite beam,it is the key purpose for the test to utilize the shear connector rationally to improve the flexural capacity of composite beam.Based on this,this paper study the connection performance of shear connectors in steel-concrete composite beam and the main content are as follows:(1)In order to evaluate the mechanical performance of steel-concrete composite beams,seven steel-concrete composite beams with different shear connectors were tested under static load.The influence of kinds of factors including transverse rebar were tested to investigate ultimate bearing capacity and failure mechanism.On the basis of test research of steel-concrete composite beams,this paper deal with the failure process and crack distribution.And we received mid-span load-deflection curves,interface load-slip curves and load-strain curves.(2)The observed failure modes are both concrete crushing at the mid-span section.Compared with the different shear connectors on bearing capacity and slip,make a analysis and summary that different factors influence the mechanical performance on composite beams.Based on the research,the formulas for calculating the flexural capacity of steel-concrete composite beam is also proposed.The result shows that capacity the calculated and experimental valued are close,and the method had enough safety coefficient.Finally,the steel-concrete composite beam with shear connectors stiffness calculation is established basedon the existing beam stiffness analysis of calculation methods.(3)The paper will be helpful to the experimental research and theoretic studies on flexural behavior of steel-concrete composite beams. |
