GFRP-concrete composite structure is a global stress structure which connected GFRP and concrete structure together by connectors,it can give full play to the high tensile strength of GFRP and high compressive strength of concrete,this is an important development direction of Engineering structure.This structure which connected GFRP and concrete structure together by shear connectors, so the shear connector is very important in the GFRP design of concrete composite structure.At present both home and abroad,the research in shear connectors pays attention to steel and concrete composite structure but ignore the research in GFRP shear connectors. This paper proposed a new type perforated plate shear connectors on the GFRP, the calculation method of shear bearing capacity and performance were studied, the main content is divided into two parts.Part 1: Through the study of production process of GFRP profiles, analysis of pultrusion molding products is the key to the quality and efficiency control.The first Qualified raw materials is to ensure the quality of foundation.Secondly, the mold is the key component of GFRP profiles.The last, the control of process parameters such as glass fiber yarn and arrangement, fiber content of dipping time, mould heating temperature, pulling speed is an important part of the guarantee product quality and efficiency.Part 2: On the basis of push-out experiment datas and theoretical analysis, we proposed each type of GFRP connections shear capacity design formulas.This paper is designed to produce 15 groups which include five specimens. We proceeded push-out test,according to the experiment’ result,we studied the relationship between its load and relative slippage, failure mode of the test-specimens,we also discussed the influence of the types,openings,rebar and other factors on the shear capacity.
