Soil stabilizer is a solid material or liquid reagent that can improve and enhancesoil engineering technical performance. Soil stabilizer is of many excellent points.such as curing speed, early high strength, use less dosage and use local materials, savetime and reduce the cost of project construction. High strength soil stabilizer and itsapplication are of good market outlook in emergency relief engineering, after adisaster emergency management engineering, road maintenance, the dam fortificationand the underground work etc. it’s of great value for research and development.Paper choose Chengdu area representative purple soil for curing object, byaluminum acid salt cement gelled material; With plaster, triethanolamine and sodiumchloride for early strength agent; lignin sulfonic acid sodium for water reducing agent;Sodium sulfate as the surfactant, development of soil stabilizer. Using electronicuniversal test machine, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analysisstudied only mixed admixture and compound admixtures of solidified soil the1daycompressive strength, and discussed the curing mechanism. Design-Expert softwareused to optimize formula, get soil stabilizer formula that of good effect, and on thebasis of experiment summarized the application method of soil stabilizer. Get thefollowing main conclusions:Sodium and gesso as compound additives, the mixed quantity of sodium sulfiteis less than5%of the total weight of soil stabilizer can have solidified soil increasedthe compressive strength and the role of more than5%, solidified soil compressivestrength will lower;Gesso improve solidified soil compressive strength show theapparent effect, in general, the amount of gypsum to join, the better improve role.Lignin sulfonic acid sodium as a water reducing agent, to improve the solidified soil compressive strength has obvious effect, the amount of soil stabilizer quality score for2%of the cases can better improve solidified soil compressive strength Sodiumsilicate, as a kind of additive, along with the increase of the content of the sodiumsilicate, solidified soil compressive strength instead has dropped. Sodium silicate, asa kind of additive, along with the increase of the content of the sodium silicate,solidified soil compressive strength instead has dropped.With gypsum and triethanolamine of compound admixtures experiment whenapplying triethanolamine when the mixed quantity of less than0.15%of the totalweight of soil stabilizer can have solidified soil increased the compressive strengthand the role of more than0.15%, solidified soil compressive strength can bedecreased.; Soil stabilizer accounts for the quality of the solid materials with scores ωsaid, sodium chloride and the composition of the plaster of the compound admixtures,when ω=53.9%sodium chloride cannot have enhanced the compressive strength ofsolidified soil, when ω=28.6%,sodium chloride quantity less than5%of the totalweight of soil stabilizer it increase the compressive strength of the solidified soil andwhen more than5%, the compressive strength of solidified soil can be decreased.Using Design-Expert software optimiz the triethanolamine, plaster, sodiumsulfate, sodium lignosulphonate several admixtures restricted condition in severalgroups of the best formula for: soil stabilizer of solid material to28.6%, the bestprescription optimization for cement and sodium chloride take up85%quality of soilstabilizer, with sodium chloride10g,3.1%of triethanolamine, lignin sulfonic acidsodium1%,3.1%sodium, gypsum7.8%, in order to optimize the formula samplepreparation, the average1day compressive strength is3.873MPa to3.781MPaprediction and software has very good conformity degree.The X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analysis point out thecause of the high strength: solidified soil generated by the ettringite, margarite andgehlenite, ettringite has expansibility and stability, margarite and gehlenite are theform of glass mineral, they improve the compressive strength of solidified soil.Based on the experimental results, sums up the soil stabilizer M-type curingChengdu area soil engineering application technology and related operation norm.
