Study On Property Of Road Material And Application Of Soil Stabilizer Stabililzed Sand Soil

With the development of economy, the pace of public road construction has quickened, which leads to a shortage of Road-building material. To minimize highway engineering cost by fully using local materials to perform required functions is a hot issue in road engineering research.This paper focus on the solution of a lack of building stones along the Zhengzhou part of the express from Zhengzhou to Minquan. Cement and soil stabilizer are used to stabilize local sand soil. The performance of stabilized sand soil as express-building material is studied.In this paper, mechanism of the strength properties of stabilized sand soil had been analyzed firstly.Through some text,we had researched the strength and rigidity properties of the stabilized sand soil.we also analyzed the influence to the mixture's compressive strength, splitting strength and compression modulus of The mixed quantity of cement and curing agent. With the increase of the admixture of combined materials and the the growth of curing age,the strength and rigidity properties of mixture improed significantly. Cement had greater influence on the strength of mixture,but Soil Stabilizer plays a more important role on the growth of long-tenn strength of mixture. After the shrinkage test and compared with some conventional materials,we realized that thestabilized sand soils had A good performance in cracking ability. In the water stable performance, through the time and different saturated wet cycle test, the compressive strength of mixture showed a sharp attenuation at first, and then the characteristics tend to stable.It shows that,the change of the water content had great influence to the strength of the mixture. Through the analysis of the mixture's way-use performance,we got the best mix of these materials that used in road bed and road base of highway.On this basis, we paved and detected the test section.Then we summarized and analyzed the construction technology of this material, and put forward the corresponding quality control standards.
