The Optimization Design Of Small High-rise Residential Building Based On The Earthquake And The Economic Performances

With China’s rapid economic development, urbanization level is furtherincreased, more and more people come into cities. The contradiction between thecity’s shortage of land resources and the rapidly increasing population is even morepronounced. The emergence of high-level and high-rise residential solves thisproblem well. selection of high-rise residential structure is relatively fixed, forsmall high-rise residential, there are more structures to choose from, in order toselect the optimal structure form, it is necessary to study the seismic and economicperformance of the various structural forms.Short shear wall structure is a common used structure in small high-riseresidential, it has some advantages, such as flexible layout, low cost and goodseismic performance.however, the research on it is insufficient, we don’t have acomplete theory to support the project construction. the related content ofspecifications still remain in the defined level. combing with engineeringexamples,we discuss the factors affecting lateral stiffness and the initial rate ofwall in the seven district (0.10g), for practical engineering designing.on the basis of appropriate simplification, This article use a small high-riseresidential which is in Feng yang country for the study, by using frame shear wall,short shear wall, shear wall these three different structural systems in establishingcalculating model and analysis them, to compare the mechanical and economicproperties under seismic action. Economic performances focus on steel andconcrete these two materials, which are major components of main structure.Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive comparison of seismic and economicperformance, we come to the conclusion that the short shear wall system have thebest performance in seven district(0.10g),thus Provide a scientific basis for theselection of high-rise residential.
