LED already become the new generation light source, because of it’s a series of distinctive advantages, such as pro-environment, long lifetime, high brightness, quick start, and energy saving. In the last few decades, it also enters into the swift development stage in the illumination domain, especially in these domains:automobile lighting, street lamp lighting, interior lighting, and so on. But the LED techniques of the optical design, the construction design of heat management, system integration have not become full-fledged on the stage. And it still has many questions and difficulties to be studied and developed. One of the work in this paper is work in secondary optical design of LED mainly in areas of automobile rear fog lamp lighting and streetlamp lighting, utilizing the non-image formation optical design theory. We set a model of lens by the3D CAD design software Solidworks, and elaborated emphatically the principle and optical simulation steps of the ray tracing in the optical simulation software TracePro. By readjusting the parameters of the lens continually, the light distribution of the lighting region has been greatly improved, so as to achieve the light illumination requests of rectangular distribution of light. In this paper, a radiator for DC/DC power supply module is presented. Based on the theory of numerical heat transfer, we designed a model of radiator by Solidworks, and analyzed this model by the thermal simulation software EFD. Pro. By readjusting the parameters of the radiator continually, we got a satisfactory DC/DC power supply module radiator.
