With the accelerated pace of life,increased work pressure and changes of diet,more and more people are suffering from acne diseases which have a serious impact on their health and the quality of their lives.The effectiveness of LED(Light Emitting Diode,LED)light in the treatment of acne has been confirmed by a large number of theoretical studies and clinical trials.Compared with the traditional medicine and other physical therapy,LED acne therapeutic instrument has the advantages of simple operation,rapid efficacy and no side effect.So it has been widely used in the treatment of acne.The control system of a LED acne therapeutic instrument is mainly developed in this thesis.Firstly,functional requirements of the therapeutic instrument are proposed according to the patients' usage requirements.And then the control system of the therapeutic instrument is developed based on the functional requirements.The main contents include the following two parts:Hardware design of the therapeutic instrument control system including the determination of control core components--PIC single chip and the design of its peripheral circuit including oscillation circuit,reset circuit and driving circuit for buzzer,relay,digital tubes,keys and other parts and the design of a 5V/1A DC power to supply for the control system.The designed power is flyback switching mode power.This type of power has the advantages of simple circuit and small output voltage ripple.The circuit schematic diagram of the power is designed.Circuit simulation is carried out.And then PCB layout is designed according to the simulation result.Welding and debugging are carried out.The debugging results are: the output voltage is 5.28 V.The voltage ripple is 160 mV,the ripple coefficient is about 3.03%,which can meet the design requirements.The hardware system debugging result can also meet the design requirements.The design of software of the control system.Firstly,the flow chart of the software is determined.Then subroutines are designed one by one which are called in the main function.Software debugging is also carried out and the result is satisfactory.
