The civil air defence basement is a kind of underground protective buildings whichcan effectively protect the people’s life and property security in wartime. With thehigh speed development of economy, urban construction increasingly have highdemand for underground space, our country’s civil air defence project still need toexperience a long-term process of development. Civil air defence basement wallstructure as the main component of civil air defense basement, will affect the usefunction and service life of the whole civil air defence basement in main part andgateway. However, in the traditional design of the civil air defence wall structure,spatial structure was simplified as a planar structure, and then took diagram, analyzedinternal force and selected check section, this was based on the safety consideration,but few considered its economy. In order to achieve unification of security andeconomy, it is very necessary and meaningful to use the finite element method to deepresearch of force mechanism of the civil air defense basement wall structure in orderto achieve optimization purposes.This paper summarized the composition, characteristics, design principles, maindesign points and construction measures of the civil air defence basement anddiscussed the methods of design optimization of the civil air defence basement wallstructure. This paper is based on practical case of civil air defence basement ofcorporate headquarters and research and development hub CommunicationsTechnology Co., Ltd of Bao Hao in Dongguan city, which the author participated in.Firstly, analyzed the value of the load and their combination of the civil air defencebasement wall structure, then researched bearing capacity and crack of the peripherypartition wall adopting bearing capacity limit state and normal use limit state, andanalyzed and calculated bearing capacity limit state of blastproof partition wall anddoorframe wall, finally drew the construction drawings of the civil air defensebasement wall structure. This paper introduced the nonlinear finite element analysis method and reinforcedconcrete model. This paper researched the whole deformation, bearing capacity andcracks of the periphery partition and the whole deformation and bearing capacity ofthe blastproof partition wall and the doorframe wall as overall modeling using finiteelement analysis method. Through contrasting with structure static analysis results,affirmed safety and feasibility of structure static analysis and put forward reasonablesuggestions, such as the static structure analysis diagram, steel consumption,construction measures.Besides, this paper contrasted crack control checking of the periphery partition wallusing Code For Design Of Concrete Structures GB50010-2002and Code For DesignOf Concrete Structures GB50010-2010. And it was concluded the new rules acceptingquasi-permanent combinations have more reasonable than the old characteristiccombination. the analysis of the finite element method respectively, it is concludedthat the new rules accepting quasi-permanent combinations have lower standard thanthe old characteristic combination, and through the finite element method to theanalysis of the crack of periphery partition wall respectively, further proved thevalidity and progress of the new standard.
