| The basement wall of highrise building is long and thin. High-strenth concrete(HSC) is usually used in it, so crack is easily appeared during constructing. At present, crack controling of the basement spandrel wall often models the experience of large volume concrete crack control or mixes plumpingagent into the concrete but its effect is certainly unsatisfied. So the engineering urgent need seeking the crack control measures.The synthetic fiber mixed into concrete can effectively enhance concrete the anti- crack, anti-seepage ability and so on. This article through analysis and research has proved that synthetic fiber used to control the basement spandrel wall concrete crack is feasible.The domestic and foreign Empirical data were unified in this article in order to analyze that the relationship between synthetic fiber's quantity, geometry size, elasticity coefficient and the anti- crack ability of the concrete.Applying the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze and research the temperature and shrinkage stress of the spandrel wall which polypropylene textile fiber was mixed.Then summarized the distribution and changeable of the wall,and pointed out the stress maximum occurred in connected place of the spandrel wall and ledger wall.At last,this article used the experience formula to calculate the tensile strength of plain concrete and the same mixture ratio polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete during various days,then compared with the stress maximum occurred in the wall. The results of the comparison proved that synthetic fiber enhanced anti- crack ability of the basement spandrel wall concrete as it enhanced the concrete's tensile strength. |
