The security of the structure of the missile is an important guarantee for tactics of themissile and technique indexes.So whether the intensity and stiffness of the structure satisfiesthe design requirements is a key question of success or failure for design of the missile.If the stress of the general structure which is got by mechanics analysis within theallowed range,it can basically meet the requirements of intensity and stiffness.But for aircraftstructures such as cruise missiles,because of the complicated working conditions,it hasstrict requirements for weight of the structure,it can’t guarantee the structure of the missilemeets the design requirements through the means of mechanics analysis alone,it needs towork further to verify by the test of missile structure intensity.So it can be fullyexplained that its structure meets the design requirements.In this dissertation,the specific research contents are as follows:1. Making a summary towards these questions such as the general situations of thedevelopment, structural characteristics, domestic and foreign research situation ofapplication of small-sized cruise missile by reading literatures.2. Making the load calculation for the small-sized cruise missile,it has given parametersof the shearing of wing of the missile,the bending moment of wing of the missile,the axialforce of body of the missile,the shearing of body of the missile,the bending moment ofbody of the missile and so on,these relevant data provide a basis for the structural intensityanalysis and determining the structure intensity test plan below.3. Making the structural intensity analysis for small-sized cruise missile,mainly throughsetting up boundary conditions and simulating,using ansys finite element software for thestructures such as intermediate cabin,steering engine cabin(steering engine cabin1,connecting frame of steering engine cabin,steering engine cabin2),the entirety of wing of themissile,the connecting shaft of wing of the missile by structure intensity analysis underthe conditions of axial and transverse loads.It has calculated each structure’s Mises equivalentstress and displacement distribution.Through comparing with the parameters of materialproperties such as the allowable stress of engineering material,the yield limit,then makingconclusions that a certain model structure of small-sized cruise missile according with therequirements for the intensity and stiffness. 4. Making use of the parameters such as the shearing of wing of the missile,thebending moment of wing of the missile,the axial force of body of the missile,the shearing ofbody of the missile,the bending moment of body of the missile which are calculated before,a certain small-sized cruise missile structure intensity test plans are studied.Mainly discussingin detail comparatively on the questions such as how to set up the test boundary conditions,how to add the load for test pieces,and it has given the test plan of the impact integralmissile,the vibration modal test plan of the integral missile,the wing structure intensity testplan of the integral missile.This paper can provide some references for the design of the structure intensity and testof small-sized cruise missile.
