After the annual Durban world climate conference and the Copenhagen climate congress,every national economic pay more attention to energy conservation and emission reduction asthe core issues before economic development.All countries are put forward positive emissionreduction goals and plans,"a low carbon economy" is mentioned an all-time high.The centralheating business,which is the more proportion of the world energy consumption,becomes thepioneer of energy conservation and emissions reduction. According to China’s nationalconditions, although the scale of the central heating is developing step by step, but waste ofenergy phenomenon in heating-industry is still very serious. Along with the shortage ofresources, it is serious against the policy of sustainable development of the energy. Therefor inChina the heating field with using and advancing heating energy saving technology andoperation mode, is particularly important for energy conservation and emission reduction.After investigation, in China the field that recycling the losing-energy by throttling of thefirst class net of the central heating is still blank, and this losing-part of energy is widelydivergent the policy of national energy conservation and emission reduction. Therefore, in thelight of recoverying this part energy,a system for using-excess pressure and energy isdesigned in this article,which has excellent hydraulic characteristics, remarkable energysaving and advanced design idea, it provides a new opportunity and energy saving method forcommon heating system.In this paper, a detailed argumentation and research which is about the cause offormation about the excess pressure and energy of the central heating systems,theorydesigning of the systems, model test and selection formula of system, the excess pressure andenergy systems engineering application and energy conservation analysis, is conducted thetheoretical analysis, simulation and the method of combining the engineering application toresearch, and gets the water pressure loss-rate, the system efficiency and energy saving-rate.In allusion to the connecting forms of heating system, in this paper the recovery ofsystem excess pressure and energy and energy conversion are deeply analysed, Thecombination of system composition between the turbine runner and pump impeller. Throughthe coupler energy transmission, which can translate the excess pressure and energy of thefirst class net into the second class net,s cycle energy, and at the same time, it replaces the second class net of circulating water pump working-dynamo, which realizes the energyefficient conversion.This article with similar rate of turbine and pump deduces similar rate of system, throughthe Lagrange interpolation method, it can simulate the system input flow, input water head,output water head, efficiency with the relationship of the output flow curve, and it furtherverifies the feasibility of the system operation through the system model test.Through the model test, in this paper different operational results in different operationcondition of the system are gotten, then according to test,it provides the theory basis for theengineering design data, which is about matching to the system and choosingenengy-continue pump, it also provides the computation basis of engineering design.This article gives a detailed analysis, which regards to the reform plan system and thescheme of system operation through to the actual engineering transformation, finally thepaper gets the system energy-saving rate.
