The topic of this thesis is derived from the modification process of gas turbine flowmeter,which is the product of Tianjin fifth machine tool factory.To improve the design aiming at the problem of the original products,precision pressure loss and stability is insufficient,so as to enhance product performance.By analyzing the working principle of gas turbine flowmeter,and constructing its theoretical model,focusing on the gas turbine flowmeter before diversion,impeller is improved,and then complete the improvement design and prototype test of the whole machine.With the improvement of the key parts of the gas turbine flowmeter,the original structure of the rectifier is replaced with a guide vane on the front diversion,and the commonly used conical,semi elliptical front diversion is discarded,the streamline front diversion is used.The trapezoidal blade is adapted while increasing the number of blades,which to elevate the overlap overall,and to restrain the formation of the vortex in the dead zone effectively.Further to the orthogonal experiment method,the optimized structural parameters of the impeller,the pressure loss to a minimum,and to a certain extent,improved the accuracy and sensitivity of the turbine flowmeter,and effectively reduce the pick up traffic,expanded the measurement range in small flow direction.It is proved by practice that the design of the streamline straightener has not only greatly advanced the commutating capability to the airflow,but also consumedly reacted on the reduction of the press and loss.The improved turbine wheel has ulteriorly decreased the beginning flow,and also improved the process technics,thereby made the cost decreased.The improved turbine flow meter has made advancement in its competitive capability,and achieved our anticipative aim.
