Research On Measurement Inner Diameter Of Small-caliber Deep Hole Technology

With the continuous development of optical instrumentation and quality control needs of actual work, it has proposed variety testing approach for inner diameter of small-caliber deep hole.This paper propose a new measure method. Measure system used the methods of optical focus to measurement the diameter of small deep hole, it combined with the touch probe and detect the reflected intensity from fiber optical sensors. According to the measurement method and technical indicators, establishment the relationship between light intensity and the tested aperture. Paper design the optical part and the mechanical structure, propose specific programs of detection signal processing for detection system.Finally, we do the calibration test experiments of measure system, and fitting the test data. During measure inner diameter of small-caliber deep hole, detailed analyse the errors occur. instance of aspect ratio20and diameter15mm. It can satisfy the requirements of the actual measurement.
