Photoelectric detection technology is one of the most core part.Photoelectric detection in general is no wound, no real contact, at the same time satisfy the precision and efficiency.Most current measurement method has the disadvantages of low resolution and low efficiency, this paper designed a kind of combination of optical and electrical testing device, the ring of light generator, reflection cone mirror,convergent cone lens, CCD camera to four parts. Light produced by the laser beam, the incident to reflect on the cone mirror reflection, reflection to the measured tube inner surface, forming a ring spot, the information included in the light of metal pipe wall, after plus lens reflex CCD photosensitive surface imaging, again through the connected to the PC, the noise via a PC, and other digital processing of images and the corresponding calculation, will be able to finish the deep hole inner diameter size and shape of the measurement.In optical deep hole diameter is studied in the text and shape detection device, the main application of deep aperture ring light cutting method for measurement of size and shape, through the process of follow-up processing and calculation for the circular light spot, can be more accurate experimental results are obtained.
