In high temperature measuring field, contact manner pyrometer is widely used at present. That means temperature measuring component connecting with the object directly. Such as consumptive thermocouple, it plays a very important role in high temperature measuring history. Though the technology is very mature already, but there is also a lot of problems with it, for example, every thermocouple can just be used for one time, so the expense is very high. After every measurement finifhed, the thermocouple must be replaced, so it is difficult to realize automation. It can not measure the temperature continually or in a high frequency and so on. Especially in high temperature, high pressure, high magnetic field circumstance, the measureing component and the instrument will be mangled or eroded easily.Since transferring and sensor technology of optical fiber has some advantages in practices, radiation temperature measuring based on optical fiber is rapidly developed. In recent years, optical fiber radiation temperature measuring instrument was used in practice. This thesis develop a optical fiber high temperature measuring instrument(measuring molten steel temperature) is non-contact manner, it can solve above problems in effect, this instrument also ues colorimetry, offset common optical fiber high temperature measuring instrument small measuring scope, interfered by circumstance easily, big error and other shortcomings. Meanwhile, in order to make the instrument convenient used in temperature measuring locale, This thesis study wireless transmission technology elementarily, establish a foundation for extensive used in many fields. After the pass of the debugging of the whole system, we use emulator to test. At last through the simulated experiment, we validated the near linear relationship between the light intensity and the voltage, in the same time we analyzed the error of the system. In this thesis, the principles of the radiation temperature measurement are related in detail. The academic basement and its application are given detailed introduction. According to some basic theories and the law on the black object radiation, we calculated the formula of colorimetry and in the meanwhile we analyzed the advantages of the method. That is the colorimetry can greatly lower the blast-off rate which influence the result of the temperature measurement. This thesis introduces every part of the instrument, and made a lot of relative experiments. The design concludes:the structure design for detector, optic signal transform into electric signal, convert signal into data and wireless transmission of the data. The detector take the optical signal and transfer it to elecreic signal, the electric signal is the reflectiong of real temperature of material, because the electric signal is very little, we should amplify the signal. Send the signal into single-chip microcomputer to deal with, to convert the signal into data. So, we know the real temperature of the material. The system use 12 bits'A/D and D/A converter renders certain the system's precision. The software's design uses modular method and the program is compiled by keil C51, it can improve the readability and the transplantablity of the system.Furthermore, the system has wireless conmunication function, it use nRF401 chip. The circuit of this chip is much cheaper than other wireless transmission technology. This chip work in 433MHz, It can be widely used in short distance conmunication. The wireless conmunication need not the wire, it makes the work safe and convenient. We can also send the data to the PC, reserve a lot of data for someday's review. The instrument can be widely used in many fields.
