With the rapid development of global economy in Twenty-first century, globalization is a common contact and development.Under the Trend of globalization, the growing economic, industrial, transportation and construction are constantly consume valuable resources of the earth, and the amount of energy consumption is also growing. China’s energy production has been unable to keep up with the pace of rapid economic development. However, in the case of maintaining economic growth, to a significant reduction in industrial and transportation energy consumption has become unrealistic, so building energy efficiency has become an important measure to cut expenditure of energy work. The energy-efficient of office buildings in high-energy buildings as an important part of building energy conservation has become a top priority. With the global economic prosperity, social progress, technological development, as the most common sign of office buildings has become one of the largest of the course mark, office buildings has become a symbol of the world operating conditions. Therefore, low-power design of the office buildings has great significance.I D building climate is typical of the construction of high-energy region, because of the terrain in the country’s more northern latitude, the highert in the corresponding season conditions, especially in the winter cold, the sun year round sunshine and get access to solar energy as compared to other regions in China at least, used in building the highest energy consumption than other regions, so the climate zones for the construction of the low-power design is imminent. The Area in the cold regions of the south,the major cities includ Siping, Shenyang, Tieling, Hohhot, Chifeng, Zhangjiakou and so on.In this paper, I D office building construction status of climate zones, combined with the theoretical basis of domestic and international energy-efficient buildings and development trends, low consumption from the energy point of view, to explore the area office buildings for low-power design strategy proposed office building low-power design philosophy and specific design for the promotion of I D of energy-saving building construction climate of great significance. This paper is divided into the following five parts:1. Key topics of this paper discusses the background, purpose, research methods and framework papers;2. Construction of the I D by climate zone geography, climate profiles, the status of the district office building designed for low power applications and to conduct research, analysis and the district office building energy consumption and problems;3. Combination of local climate on the shape of low energy office buildings, space, summed up the interface were studied with low energy office building in climate patterns adaptive design methods;4. Of renewable energy technologies, external wall insulation technology, water use technology and other technology strategy I D building low-energy office building in climate zones in the application;5.According ID building characteristics and climatic zone climatic characteristics of office buildings, the use of the earlier analysis of the design methods and technology strategy for the district office building design practices.
