| Vacuum arcing chamber were widely used in power system, its quality plays a vital role to the reliable operation of the power.This topic analysed the product process of vacuum arcing chamber and operating principle, developed vacuum arcing chamber quality detection structure.This system contraposed vacuum arcing chamber product quantity inspection equipment, this paper adopts the bar code management system to establish their own archives for each vacuum arcing chamber product; In allusion to products quality parameters,such as loop resistance, parallelism perpendicularity and coaxial degrees, the database management system used open data connectivity technology to search and call in the database,which realized data optimization management; For high detection speed high demand and the product quality accuracy requirement, using magnetic control discharge method and the voltage drop method to detect the loop resistance and vacuum degree, using Profibus+RS232serial communication network structure and the distributed control system of the IPC+PLC+the intelligent instrument, which realized the quality detection system hardware. The software design is divided into three parts of monitoring software, process control procedures and bar code system.The monitoring software adopting KingView6.53software for development platform, and realized the data communication function of the upper computer and the intelligent instruments. The software designed in the animation, three-dimensional effect pictures,which established a good human machine interface; Step7design using the process control programs achieved to the inspection process control; The bar-code on VB language design procedure for each product established archives numbers, conveniented product data computer management. The quality detection systems to improve the detection speed, precision and the management level.In the application, saved a lot of manpower and material resources and improved the economic efficiency of enterprise. |
