Since the founding of new China, a problem can not to be ignored is that: withthe rapid development of the construction industry, it may lead to EngineeringStructure Quality problems, or even significant quality accidents when constructionfunctions are being changed or errors (or bad) caused in designing and constructionprocessing. Engineering Structure Testing, Evaluation and Reinforcement is beingincreasingly demanded. Now, the building of our country is in a stage of combinationof new districts development and old cities rebuilding, and is tending to old citiesrebuilding. The reliable Evaluation and Reinforcement of Engineering Structure arenot only very arduous tasks, but increasingly important. To open Reinforcement onEngineering Structure research is significant.Compared with the traditional reinforcement methods, CFRP sheet reinforcementhas high strength, good elasticity, light weight, corrosion resistance, fire resistancecharacteristics. In recent years, people pay more attention to such method. But whenusing common CFRP reinforcement methods, passive constraints imposed onstructures with CFRP, a secondary work force may be arise, and high strength ofCFRP cannot be fully used when reinforcement of structure components beingdestroyed.Pre-stressed CFRP sheet reinforcement can effectively overcome problems thatcommon CFRP sheet reinforcement caused: such as to make CFRP sheet fromimposing passive constraints to imposing active constraints, and to make full use ofCFRP sheet high strength. At present, studies on Pre-stressed CFRP material mainlyfocused on the development of Pre-stressed anchorages. We have access to a greatdeal of information on the basis of efforts to develop a rotary tension anchoragesystem, which can not only solve problems of imposing Pre-stressing oncircum-ferential CFRP sheet components, but also economical and practical, so it isvery suitable in reinforcing concrete columns project to use widely.Compared with the plaster non-pre-stressed CFRP reinforcing technology, system researches on Pre-stressed CFRP reinforcement at home and abroad arerelatively few, and relative reports on CFRP engineering reinforcement has not beenseen yet, which restraints the use and promotion of pre-stressed CFRP reinforcementtechniques. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the use ofpre-stressed CFRP reinforcing concrete column subjected to large eccentriccompression load test scheme.In this experiment, we designed4roots of large reinforced concrete eccentriccompression column. According to the test design,1for the comparative column,another3are for different reinforcement schemes. Through observing the extent ofdamage of each roof, and the data analysis during the test, we get effects of eccentricbehaviors before and after reinforcement. From the analysis of examination, afterreinforcement of Pre-stressed CFRP, the ultimate loads of concrete, ductility andflexural properties are improved significantly. The effect of Pre-stressed CFRP sheetreinforcing concrete components is obvious. Finally, from experimental data andexisting theoretical results, and theoretical analysis on eccentric behaviors, we deriveNormal Section Carrying Capacity calculation formula. By contrast and analysis, wefind the reliability of the formula meets the needs of engineering.This test lack of mature theoretical support in some details, but it has grasped theessence of problems from macroscopic law, which can accurately explain thephenomena in a test and failure mechanism of components. Further more, it providesbasis for future related topics of research and theoretical analysis.
