The reinforcement work of new and old building is our country major work. our country many building may have security issue in our country,so we must do more and more reinforcement work.the appraisal bulletin become major gist when government deal with building dissension.The prestressing force CFRP reinforce technic which become be regarded in building engineering domain has many excellences in recent years.More and more colleges and scientific research institutions research this reinforce technic and acquire a great deal research productions.This technic is applied in Many projects,many expert deem this technic fit reinforcing building.The prestressing force CFRP reinforce technic has many excellences, which have been applied in reinforce project. It is a in dire need of problem how in effect bring to bear prestressing force to CFRP.Many domestic research institutes have done in the gross work and acquired in the gross productions.
