Two different size pistons were used to transfer low power of compressed air to high power of liquid. The ultra-high pressure pump by pneumatic booster has the characteristics of compact construction, low cost, energy saving, convenient maintenance and operation.This paper reached on ultra-high pressure pump by pneumatic booster. Based on principles of booster pump and project design requirements to theoretical calculation and characteristic analysis. The similar foreign booster pump was surveyed and mapped, and learned its advanced technology. Through these processes, the structural design and material selection of booster pump were completed. According to the structural characteristics and the standard of domestic sealing, the selected seal form and sealing material of booster pump can be selected. The overall model, machining drawings and machining precision were made by solidworks. In order to achieve optimized design, the low-pressure cylinder of the high pressure pneumatic booster pump was analyzed and calculated by finite element structural statics Analysis. According to the analysis results of stress and displacement, the unreasonable structure was found. The unreasonable structure was calculated by topology optimization method. The optimization design of the low-pressure cylinder based on the results of finite element structural statics Analysis and topology optimization. The ultra-high pressure pump by pneumatic booster was successful design. |
