With the continuous development of science and increasingly fierce competition,the production department of the hydraulic system with the requirements of technicaleconomy becomes more and more high.Axial plunger pump is one of the most widelyused at present,compared with the gear pump and the vane pump,it has certainadvantages in the working pressure, flow rate, volumetric efficiency, easy to variable,service life and so on,but the plunger pump structure is complicated and has highdemand of the manufacturing precision of parts,especially the piston pair,slipper pairand port pair,these led to a plunger pump manufacturing costs are high and restrict theplunger pump production, use and maintenance to some extent.In this paper, from the structure of the axial piston pump to analysis and researchthe implementation of the method and effect of simplify the structure of plunger pump,First, design the high pressure axial piston spring return structure, with athree-dimensional design software CATIA V5R19completed high pressure axial pistonspring return structure modeling, analyzes the function of each component of theplunger, carry the main components of the pump on kinematics and mechanical analysis,get the movement of the main moving parts of the plunger.Secondly, based on the analysis of each component of functional axial pistonspring return, and on the use of finite element software ANSYS, on the basis ofsimplified mechanical model, the main components on the pump when the force carriedout static analysis and modal analysis, which includes a plunger, cylinder, shaft and inletvalve seat so as to ensure normal operation of the components to meet the requirementsof axial piston spring return from the mechanical properties of components.Thirdly, theoretical analysis and calculation the gap of the piston pair, on the basisof theoretical analysis, build the simulation model by the fluid analysis softwareAMESim,and obtained the leakage amount of the plunger.build the workingcircuit,discuss the pressure flow values under different rotation speed.On the basis of the amount of leakage plunger Vice gap analysis, we experimentaltest the high pressure axial piston pump on the spring return pressure on theperformance. First, to clarify the experimental program, describes the experimentalprocedure, and then design the experimental device, set up an experimental platform.Upon completion of the experiment, record and analyze the experimental data, obtainedby experimental data, prove the preceding theoretical analysis is rationality.Finally, use the axial piston spring return as a power source, used in certain types ofservo pressure machine, made a very good application effect, indicating that research ofthis subject has practical value.This paper design and verification of the structure and properties of axial pistonspring return, and apply it to the actual production, to simplify the piston structure, reducing the cost and other issues piston pump provides a new way of thinking, to makea new attempt.
