Tyre detection system belongs to part of the machinery manufacturing, electricalcontrol, control algorithm of mechanical electrical optical atomospheric integrationproducts, has application value in the practical industry production quality control toensure ride comfort and transportation security, especially with the rapid developmentof transportation in China and enhancement of the tyre industry standardization, how tooptimize the interaction and interface, and how to improve the detection accuracy, howto improve the efficiency of background processing become key factor to improve theefficiency of the tyre detection system. Time-domain signal and the frequency domain signal analysis is generally used inthe equipment commissioning period; for normal tyres detection system, mechanicalsystem changes and electrical aging process will affect the detection signal, byanalysising the time-domain signal together with frequency components, installationpersonal will debug mechanical, electrical, digital processing defects and so on, inallusion to these problems, the main contents of this thesis as follows: Firstly, tyre test in the detection of physical models and measurements includes thedynamic imbalance, roundness, homogeneity testing, and then from the theoretical level,the calibration algorithm to sum up, the method of calibration, eccentricitycompensation, precision test of accuracy, so the calibration algorithm will enhanceuniversal algorithm, could be used for calibration algorithm with linear changes in thetest items. Secondly, the tyre detection system of the host computer interface is optimized, thethread of the tyre detection system as database implementation and efficient report, theultimate purpose is to optimize the interface of the tyre detection system, to facilitate thework of field staff and better report, then analysis the impact ofthe host computer on theoverall efficiency of the tyre detection system, optimize the factors which may affect theefficiency and propose solutions. Thirdly, the former stage of signal processing technology for tyre detection systemanalysis, the processing object bases on analog signal, the role of the former analogsignal processing is communication with PLC, in order to drive the servo motorsolenoid valves and other components to complete the test conditions, signal amplification and processing hardware filtering and pre-analog signal, thereby reducing the high frequency signal interference and improving signal-to-noise-ratio and preparing for the next step digital signal processing.Finally, optimizing the tyre detection system of digital signal processing, similar with hardware filter design, software filter and windowing function is designed to improve signal-to-noise-ratio, so the better filters require to have the best real-time solver, the most simple algorithm, the least leak and so on. Then by analysising different variety of window functions and filters, select most compliant window functions as a digital filter, and analysis digital signals in time domain and frequency domain.This thesis provides for the detection of the linear characteristics of the tyre quality detection system a universal calibration algorithm. Besides, the tyre detection system using hardware filtering and digital signal processing methods are applicable in other dectection fields; thirdly, the mode of communicaiton between the host computer and the PCI board and the host computer features modular design method, can also be used in other areas of application. Therefore, this research method mentions in thesis can also be applied to other reasearching theories and application projects.
