Automotive power steering gear is the vehicle assistant steering mechanism,it is a very important component of car. Automobile power steering system is used to restore and change the direction of vehicle travel agencies to guarantee the car safe driving. The drivers perceive and manipulate vehicles through streering gear,in the modern cars are equipped with this agency. Because automotive power steering gear internal flow is very complex,the residual hydraulic oil cannot eliminate clearly,as a result, improving the cost of this production, in order to reduce product costs and invent a fast and effective automotive power steering gear outlet oil machine is imminent. It is not only has certain practical significance,but aslo fill the blank of reaserching power steering gear assembly eject machine.In this paper, we use the three-dimensional modeling software CATIA to set models, then import former processing software Gambit, first meshing the key lines and faces and next meshing the whole three-dimensional model. Importing the finished3-D grids entity to the FLUENT software,then according to actual working conditions set corresponding boundary conditions, for example import and export pressure.finally analysis the internal flow of power steering gear.we can obtain flow pressure distribution and velocity vector diagram. According to the pressure distribution and velocity vector diagram analysis to find the main reason why the hydraulic oil in the automotive power steering gear can not be cleaned, we can optimize the design parameters.In this paper,I aslo introduct to use injection technology of gas-liquid jet principle to design the ejector. We consider the working fluid is gas,ejectored fluid is liquid injector called gas-liquid ejector. An ejector usually consists of the following parts:working nozzles,receiving room, mixing chamber and diffusion machines etc. This paper through adopting gas-liquid jet ejector with pressurized gas liquids,two-phase mixture mixing in the mixing tube, the momentum and energy exchange, through the mixing tube exit nozzle jet outside. According to analyzing the fluid field results of internal flow channel,we design the injector,including injector nozzle diameter,mixing tube diameter,ejector length and so on.At the same time analyze the fluid field of ejector based on FLUENT software,in order to understand the flowing situation of ejector import and export,it is easy to find the rapidity and efficiency of the power steering gear soot device.
