As a part of the composed of road environment, thesupport facilities of road safety is playing an increasingly larger role in the traffic safetyoperators. How to reduce the influence of the support facilities of road safety pairs to thetraffic safety become an important the contents of the road traffic safety research. Theresearch and analysis of Road safety and security facilities, is according to their impact onroad safety operation, and then analyze the road safety situation, assess the level of roadsafety, find out the security problems of the road safety facilities and take appropriatesolutions. Evaluation of road safety and protection facilities has great significance byreducing road traffic accidents and improving road safety level, it has been national attention.Through the analysis of the existing highway safety situation of protection facilities, thebasic characteristics of the road safety and security facilities, and according of the accidentimpact considerations, find out the specific content of the evaluation of road safety andsecurity facilities, and basis for the evaluation of road safety facilities. Screen reasonableevaluation index on the basis of determining influencing factors of impact factors of the roadsafety support facilities, and adopted the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the indexweight, and then establish a mathematical model of the evaluation, so as to establish theevaluation index system of highway road safety and security facilities, then base on fuzzytheory, seek out the evaluation of road safety and protection facilities. The highway roadsafety and security of facilities evaluation methods of this paper has been successfully appliedin the highway change and expansion actual design project, it demonstrate the necessity ofevaluating the support facilities and the rationality of proposed indicators. |
