At present, because of the numerous advantages of Prestressed concrete structure, it has been widely used in various structures, especially, in the bridge structure. Depend on the basis of prestressed concrete, the slow bonded prestressed concrete absorbs the advantages of unbonded prestressed concrete and bonded prestressed concrete structures., gradually, it has been put more and more into practical engineering cases. But, how to grasp the time of tension will directly affect the quality of the tension in complex natural environment.External Prestressed concrete enforcement is a very effective ways of structural reinforcement, It is a branch of post-tensioned system. By prestressing steel strand tensioned concrete cross-section, then prestressed by the anchor and steering block is passed to the concrete structure. External prestressing technology has a short construction period, high concrete durability and quality, and more convinced steel strand replacement and maintain etc. So it has been widely used in the reinforcement of the old bridges.The Midas Civil is a general finite element analysis software, it is mainly used in the bridge structures, but it also can be applied to other structures such as:airports, ports, dams, industrial buildings, underground structures. The latest version of the MIDAS Civil software contains the latest design specifications for civil engineering, and inside the former processing, post-processing, analying, designing, MIDAS Civil provides a lot of convenient functions, so it has been applicated in major railway sectors and the Highway Design Institute.This piece focus on the diseases analysis of MaQu Yellow River Bridge Prestressed Concrete Hollow Slab, then made a detailed mechanism of slow bonded prestressed technology and construction techniques. And made suggestions for slow bonded prestressed concrete structures which has been especially used in the plateau regions of such complex natural climate and environment.Secondly, based on the pathological features of this project, we chose external prestressing reinforcement to enforce it. Through theoretical analysis and calculations, we can verify the feasibility of this reinforcement technology. Relying on this project, we make external prestressing reinforcement for further exploration and improvement.Finally, through the detection and analysis of prestressed concrete hollow slab reinforcement, we verify the effectiveness of the external prestressing reinforcement for diseased beam and bridges, and provided theoretical analysis and the actual references for design and construction of such similar cases.
