Study On Basic Concept And Design Techniques Of Shanshui Building

The paper presents the principle and design methods of Shanshui Building in order to solve the phenomenon of architectural assimilation in contemporary China. The principle of Shanshui Building is a combination of traditional Chinese Shanshui Culture and architectural design, taking the traditional Shanshui cultures as the basis, extracting the elements and space form which demonstrate the natural features from classical Chinese Shanshui poems and Shanshui paintings, and containing the spirit of Shanshui cultures.In this paper, the analysis of the formation and morphology of the traditional Chinese Shanshui culture, summed up the impact of Shanshui culture of contemporary architectural design, and get the concept and characteristics of the Shanshui Building concept, then analyze the development uncertainties and misunderstandings of Shanshui Building principle objec-tively. When the Shanshui concept and characteristics clearly, the author tries to resolve the Shanshui Building design techniques systematically with examples. Summarized from differ-ent points of view of Shanshui Building design techniques from the architectural space to the external environment, from the whole to the details. The analysis process is the actual creation process of thinking, it’s ultimate goal is to establish the modern Shanshui Building which conveyed the traditional culture and service functions for the main purpose.The purpose of Shanshui culture is nature philosophy, all things are combining with that, and it is very important to contemporary Chinese architectural design. Shanshui Building concept is starting from the point of view of cultural heritage, rooted in the Chinese Shanshui architectural concept, Shanshui culture and ecological architecture that support the formation of the overall architectural view. That possibility is a inheritance of traditional culture in the field of architectural design, a combination of Eastern culture and Western ecological archi-tectural theory, a mind naturally ready to come out of ink landscape architecture, form of aes-thetic and architectural theory of science based insights.
