The Connection Details And Structural Simulation Of Precast Sandwich Wall Panels

In recent years, due to the government’s support and the trending of the market, China’scurrent industrialization in building construction has begun to the building and housingindustrialization.But,with the affect of the transformation from planned economy to marketeconomy in China and people’s awareness of poor reliability of prefabricated structureconnection node deviations,the study on the prefabricated building is almost entirely standstillin China from the80s to early21st century. In the meanwhile,the study on the precastsandwich wall cladding panels is also almost entirely standstill.Precast sandwich wall cladding panel design also exposed the defects in practicalengineering design:the designers only consider the connection structure capacity whichconnect the precast sandwich wall cladding panel and the main structure, without taking intoaccount the large size of the precast sandwich wall cladding panel may lead to thephenomenon that the precast sandwich wall cladding panel has happened cracking damage oreven fall off.Since the shortcoming of the precast sandwich wall cladding panel designconsiderations,this paper combine with an engineering instance, aim to complete research forthis project:use the finite element software to simulate the largest precast sandwich wallcladding panel of this project to verificate whether it is can be done.The reason that choosethe largest precast sandwich wall cladding panel is because of its reference to the boundaries.If it does not occur the destruction,then,others won’t.Besides,as the connector connect the outer and inner wythe sandwich wall panel,itscalculation is important.So,this paper write the sandwich wall panel connector software aimedto achieve quickly calculation in project.The conclusions of this paper outlined as follows:(1)When the precast sandwich wall cladding panel under load,whether it rotate or not,itwill not occur the destruction.So,the use of the precast sandwich wall cladding panel isfeasible in this project.(2) Compared with the test results and the software calculation results,it can be found theresults are closer with each other,and the software calculation results is slightly less than thetest results.So,it can be say that the software have some security reserve,and its process isreasonable.
