| With the continuous promotion of prefabricated buildings,precast concrete sandwich insulation exterior wall panels are increasingly applied to practical projects.As an important stress component connecting inner and outer leaf wallboards,connectors are an important factor affecting the mechanical and thermal performance of prefabricated sandwich insulation exterior wall panels,but several commonly used in the market have various defects.Therefore,based on the traditional pulling piece,this paper proposes a new type of connector and numerical simulation of the mechanical performance of the prefabricated sandwich insulation exterior wall system with the new type of connector under several design conditions and the thermal performance of the sandwich wall.The main research contents are as follows:(1)For the thermal insulation wallboard with truss connector,when the composite wallboard is subjected to out-of-plane load,according to the code,the equivalent static load of corresponding working conditions is applied,and the mechanical performance and layout method of truss connector are studied.The conclusion shows that the most suitable arrangement spacing of truss connector is 600mm,and the calculation increase coefficient of the most unfavorable web member of truss connector under demoulding condition is put forward.(2)For the thermal insulation exterior wall panel with truss connector,when the composite wallboard is subjected to in-plane load,the equivalent static load of corresponding working conditions is applied,and the mechanical performance and layout method of truss connector are studied according to the code.The results show that the truss connector can meet the use requirements of most working conditions and have a large safety reserve,but it is necessary to arrange transverse truss connector to control the transverse displacement.(3)The welding position of truss-type tie part is studied,and the safety of the welding position between the upper and lower chords and web members of truss-type tie part are verified.The finite element simulation results show that the stress at the welding position is greater than that of the web member under the condition of ensuring that there is no problem in the welding process,but the stress is at a safe value and would not be damaged.(4)The thermal simulation analysis of the prefabricated sandwich exterior wall panel using truss connector is carried out starting with the thermal performance of the prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation exterior wall panel.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient simulated by the sandwich exterior wall panel with truss connector is very different from the calculated value without connectors,the cold bridge effect is not obvious,and the thermal insulation performance is good. |
