Study On The Ecological Urban Planning Of Small Cities In Qinba Region Of China

In the last three decades, the Chinese socio-economic has developed rapidly and the urbanization process has accelerated deeply. A large number of population and capital rushed into cities, resulting many issues,such as a serious overloading of urban population,increasing pressure of the ecological environment, the ability of system resources to support economic development and others. How to protect the health of urban ecosystems and maintain the sustainable development of the cities have aroused the public concern. The theory of ecological urban planning adopts ecological theory for the overall planning of urban ecosystems, and comprehensively coordinates the harmonious development of the various systems within the urban ecosystem. Meanwhile, solve the efficient and comprehensive utilization problems and improve the quality of the ecological environment, land, water, energy and resources including solid waste. So form a sustainable urban ecosystem, which means solve the problems such as the ecological environment is fragile and the huge population pressure in the urban construction in adverse circumstances, has favored by the growing of scholars in all ages.The paper based on the theory of urban ecology, sustainable development theory and the ecological economics theory as the theoretical guidance and the theoretical guidance on the eco-city building contents and the methods are discussed. Then adapts the improved emergy-ecological footprint model comprehensively evaluated the sustainable development in AnKang city, and supply the theoretical proof for the construction of AnKang city to become the new eco-city. The main contents and findings are as follows:(1)Introduced the basic theory of the eco-city from the theoretical point of view of the eco-city background, basic theory, construction principles and construction of content, and introduces and analyzes the current situation of domestic and international eco-city construction.(2)Specifically analyzed AnKang city by the Emergy-Ecological Footprint Model and by exploring the trend and the change degree of the emergy-ecological carrying capacity, the emergy-ecological footprint, the ecological pressures, the ecological security and the sustainable development index in AnKang cty in2004-2008, summed up the problems at the stage of urban development in AnKang city. (3)Comparing the conditions of the sustainable development of Xuzhou, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Jinan and other cities, summed up the characteristics and shortcomings of AnKang city in the conditions and proposed the improved recommendations for AnKang city to be a eco-city.Finally, proposed the main issues of the constructions in AnKang city and suggest strengthening the construction of ecological civilization, developing the circular economy, building a harmonious society, promoting the sustainable urban development and strengthening the well-being of the eco-city construction.
