| At present, most of the domestic high pressure fluid remote control valve mostly by manual control,It is not conducive to automatic control and remotic control. Even with an automatic control valve, use the electromagnetic torque motor as the driving part, its structure is complex, the volume is weight, low frequency response, the iMPact of large, response speed is slow, high resolution, low control accuracy, poor capacity of resisting disturbance. In addition, in many fields, are needed to complete the system of micro flow control, in order to reduce the system volume and weight, reduce the energy loss and improve the system performance, but also must withstand high and low pressure and high temperature and other special factors. we adopts the piezoelectric ceramic and metal rubber two materials to design a new type of precision flow valve.This paper mainly studies the flow characteristics of the valve and flow distribution characteristics. of valve cavity and valve outlet plain wave characteristics. Based on Darcy’s law and the mass conservation theorem established valve flow mathematical model, using MATLAB software analysis of metal rubber geometric parameters as well as the valve pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve flow characteristics; using FLUENT12.Osoftware simulation and analysis of the radius, the valve core half cone angle on the flow field characteristics, as well as metal rubber parameters on flow valve plain wave properties. Analysis results show that, the valve flow characteristics not only with the driving voltage, and the metal rubber ring parameters, radius and angle of poppet valve on the flow field distribution has great influence.on the valve import and export department to install metal rubber ring, the outflow valve of the fluid velocity changes gently, direction consistent, flow more quietly.to some extent, ensures that the valve output flow/pressure stability, in a certain range to achieve plain wave processing function. |
