With the development of society, in the fields of aerospace, bio-engineering, medical equipment, its control system is also made smaller, lighter, lower energy consumption, improve performance requirements, so the high pressure, precision micro-flow control system is particularly important. However, in the tradition flow control valve research, the original spool drive hard to meet their needs. Thereby speeding up the drive for new microfluidic control system has been studied and the results. In the field of smart materials, piezoelectric ceramics Due to the displacement control of high precision, power output significantly, fast response, low power consumption and ease of digitization, etc. it is widely used in the spool drive. In this paper, the piezoelectric ceramic as a drive element, a piezoelectric ceramic micro-displacement inverse piezoelectric effect to drive the spool movement, enabling precise control of the flow valve to study.With the rapid development of three-dimensional modeling software maturity and application of computer technology, and to study the use of valve internal fluid flow field numerical method of distribution has been able to achieve good results. In this paper, using three-dimensional modeling software to establish the overall structure of the valve and the valve fluid model, using pre-processing software make fluid model mesh, CFD software selection valve internal flow field were analyzed.First, through the different half cone angle valve and fluid models with different spool diameters flow field simulation, the parameters and the distribution of the flow field flow field under different conditions, comparative analysis of fluid flow field pressure cloud vertical surface, speed vector, turbulent kinetic energy cloud, changes in trace the flow chart to determine the value of the spool half cone angle and diameter. Then, according to the flow field simulation valve internal fluid, the structure of the valve to improve the analysis of the flow field parameters and flow field distribution compare before and after improve, effectively improve the distribution of the flow field and some parameters to improve the valve life. Finally, the flow field in the same valve opening pressure drop at differential pressure of analysis and comparison, has been the influence of differential pressure valve in the flow field parameters and the distribution of the piezoelectric driving precision flow valve structural design improve reasonable choice of boundary conditions and provide a theoretical basis and reference.
