In terms of non-polluting and low energy consumption,pneumatic technology has a natural advantage.In today’s environmental protection requirements for industrial production,the development and improvement of pneumatic technology is the general trend.The pneumatic flow valve as an Electronical Controlled Air Suspension(ECAS)is used as an automotive electrical control air suspension system(ECAS).Flow characteristics and sealing performance directly affect the reliability of the ECAS system work.This article uses a certain type of pneumatic flow valve as the research object to conduct research on its internal stream field flow characteristics and its sealing performance.The main research content of the paper is as follows:(1)First of all,the basic theoretical knowledge of gas flow,the phenomenon of gas speed flow,and the influence of the pipeline section face the impact of gas flow;then based on the four basic equations of gas flow,a math model of the medium gas quality flow of the single fixed-fixed-throw holes is built;based on the above model;In combination with the calculation method of the energy loss of the tandem pipeline and the curved pipeline,the quality flow math model of the key component of the medium gas through the pneumatic flow valve — the fixing the throw holes with a baffle.(2)Based on the PRO/E three-dimensional software,the pneumatic flow valve was physical modeling;at the same time,based on the ANSYS finite element analysis software,the internal flow of the pneumatic flow valve was made of numerical simulation.The impact of work pressure on the pressure,speed,stream distribution and export quality flow of the flow field in the valve.The numerical simulation results are compared with the results of the mathematical model.The quality flow results of the two are close,which can provide reference for the design of the product’s throttling structure of similar valve products.(3)For the valve seal structure of the pneumatic flow valve,the two-dimensional axis symmetry model is established based on the finite element software ANSYS.The loading method based on the fluid infiltration pressure load is analog.Effect on its sealing characteristics.A sealing performance test platform for the sealing structure of the pneumatic flow valve is established.The results of the valve sealing performance test results are close to the simulation analysis results and the changes are the same.The experiment verification the correctness of the simulation analysis.(4)Combined with the influence of a single seal parameter on the sealing structure of the valve seat,the key seal parameters are optimized based on the orthogonal experimental method.After the optimization,the maximum effective sealing medium pressure increased by 14.14%,and the maximum equivalent change was only 1.87%,which increased the increase The sealing performance of the valve seat sealing structure provides a reference for the design of the valve sealing structure. |
