Analysis Of Major Controlling Factors And Comprehensive Evaluation Based On Set Pair To Railway Shunting Safety

Shunting safety is the key step of railway safety.Ensuring shunting safety is thedifficulty of railway safety system. Through safety evaluation to advancelyguarantee shunting safety is one of the effective means. In view of two questions inresearch system of shunting safety evaluation:â‘ There is no index system amongshunting safety evaluation;â‘¡Researchers have different opinions on the evaluationmethod, and result is differ. So,in order to perfect shunting safety managementsystem,through the following research methods and steps solve those problems.(1)Based on "person-machine-environment" system theory,overall and carefulanalysis of the influence of shunting safety management control factors from aspectof personnel, equipment and environmental, screened evaluation index andconstructed evaluation index system.(2)WAI (work ability index) method is applied in shunting key job types,through the psychological and physiological indices, comprehensively measured itsability to work.(3)The reliability engineering theory is applied in shunting key machine types,and put forward the key equipment reliability calculation model, through the modelrevealed equipment fault rule.(4)Then refered set pair analysis theory, established set pair analysis methodbased on multiple connection number and in combination with the informationentropy theory calculated index weight and applied in shunting homework safetyevaluation. this method calculated comprehensive connection number,thenquantitatively evaluated safety level by eigenvalue and qualitatively analyzessituation by set pair potential.Finally, the research methods is applied in example, results show:â‘ The indexsystem has prominent advantages in representing shunting safety conditions, and canbe applied in systematic understanding, detection, evaluation and prediction ofshunting safety.â‘¡WAI method have a high maneuverability and more reliable, so can be applied in shunting key kinds of work ability in assessment work.â‘¢Reliability theory can be help to determine equipment fault rule for equipmentmaintenance, and provides the theory basis for treatment.â‘£The method is availablefor evaluating safety level quantitatively and qualitatively,and have a widespreadmeaning more so as to provide a new research method and idea for safety evaluationtheory.
