The Research For Bridge Test And Strengthening And Economy Analysis Of Bridge

Bridge is an important part of the road traffic, with the rapid development of highway construction, the number of bridges and bridge-types more and more. Health testing and reinforcement and life prediction of the bridge become widespread concern. Use all sorts of methods of testing and make bridge safety evaluation. And scheme the reinforcement and forecast the residual life. Ensure the safety of the bridge operation period to provide scientific data. The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1) Introduction of the bridge appearance test, concrete strength testing theory, bridge static test and dynamic load test theory, summarized the usual bridge test theory and method. Reinforcement method and their characteristics and application scope of the bridge were summaried. A reference provided for existing reinforcement scheme selection the bridge.(2) By engineering and economic analysis method, and discusses the bridge reinforcement and reconstruction plan economic analysis model and reinforcing scheme economic analysis model, for the bridge reinforcement, reconstruction from the economic into consideration, determine the programs and methods were proposed.(3) A bridge as the background, the basic conditions of the bridge were obtained by the appearance of the bridge and rebound testing for concrete strength. The finite element model was established through analysis software MIDAS-Civil, and analyzed and calculated. The datas for theory of the bridge were obtained. Through the static load test, the strain and deflection was determinated in test load control section of the bridge. Than compared the corresponding values obtained by numerical simulation and measured value. Through dynamic load test, the vibration characteristics of the bridge were tested by using environment incentive, compared the corresponding values obtained by numerical simulation and measured value. Get the bridge stiffness and overall capacity not meet the requirements. Suggest reconstruction or strengthening, and the economy of two schemes were compared.(4)And summarizes the contents and results of this study, pointed out that the study possible omissions and also need to continue to study the problems.
