With the continuous development of the Chinese highway transportation industry,especially the continuous improvement of vehicle load level,in recent years,it is increasingly obvious that Bridges designed and manufactured with old specifications in western China are unable to meet the needs of transportation in the new era.The demand for bridge detection and reinforcement in China first appears in the eastern region,so the current bridge detection and reinforcement technology is mostly developed based on the natural environment in the eastern region,and there are relatively few studies on the identification and reinforcement scheme of the influence of high altitude,hightemperature difference and other factors on the bridge in western region of China.Firstly,this paper reviews the current research status of bridge detection and reinforcement technology and introduces the common bridge detection and reinforcement methods.Then,taking a bridge in Xinjiang as an example,the bridge’s test scheme and work content are introduced in detail,and the technical evaluation and load test results of the bridge are given.On this basis,Midas Civil finite element model is used to study the bearing capacity of several typical beam segments.It is found that the bearing capacity of one beam segment does not meet the requirements of the code.After that,the causes of bridge damage are analyzed and the temperature in the cold region is preliminarily identified as an important factor leading to bridge bearing capacity damage.On this basis,the finite element model of ABAQUS is established to study the influence of temperature load on the cracking load of this beam segment.The early plastic deformation development of the beam in the finite element model is consistent with the bridge cracking site found in the bridge inspection process,which verifies the rationality of the model to a certain extent.The results show that the plastic strain occurrence load decreases by 11.1% and the cracking load decreases by 20% when the temperature field is applied.On this basis,the reinforcement scheme of beam body is further discussed.Combined with various factors,the proposed reinforcement scheme for the bridge is given.Through the analysis of the concrete bridge inspection and reinforcement process,a complete set of bridge maintenance and management scheme is provided from bridge disease identification,bridge bearing capacity analysis,bridge disease cause analysis,and bridge reinforcement scheme suggestion,which provides a reference for the bridge inspection and bridge reinforcement work in Xinjiang and other cold region in the future. |
