The feature of the detection and diagnosis system for the position sensor of solar term door based on Lab VIEW is dynamic detect the date flow and waveform sent by the position sensor of solar term door, it’s a frequency for window detection technology that based on the signal sent by the position sensor of solar term door and the development of the Fourier transform, use the relationship in Fourier transform transformation that exist on the fault waveform sent by the position sensor of solar term door to obtain the sensor waveform information, Instantly display the characteristics of the solar term door’s opening degree, waveform and voltage, makes solar term door’s fault waveform signal is more outstanding, and improves the sensitivity and resolution of the characteristic information, so as to achieve the goal of effective extraction of the characteristics and fault identifications of sensor signal.The main content of the research include four aspects:the domestic and foreign research and the development situation on present, the principles and characteristics of position sensor of solar term door, detection system, detection system testing. Using the pressure control system to control the working mode of solar term door; Design the software and hardware for the testing system based on LabVIEW; Design the adopts module of software, it includes data acquisition module, measuring module, characteristic curve display module and the data storage module, then, realize the acquisition, display and storage of the signal sent by the position sensor of throttle through setting.the acquisition of VI; Analysis the collected signals’differ degree by the method of dynamic error; Windowing the collected signals, correlated analysis the signals after windowing; Spectrum analysis the signals through the Fourier transform transform, finally complete the detection of the signal.The test on the model0280122019position sensor of throttle made by German Bosch showed that:the spectrum analysis of the signals based on Fourier transform directly reflects the mapping relationship of the error caused by the abrasion, realizes the method of using frequency spectrum changes to diagnosis fault, namely" Cape frequency fault" fault identification method, this method is accurate, quick and significant in the fault diagnosis of the signal sent by the position sensor of solar term door.
