With the rapid development of modern society and the rapid progress of industrial technology,noise pollution has seriously affected people's daily life,and has become the focus of attention of researchers in various countries.There are three kinds of noise control methods,noise sources,transmission channels and receivers.The control of noise sources is the most direct and effective way of control.Accurate identification of noise sources becomes the key to control noise.Recognition and visualization technology has become an important means of noise control.Therefore,the study of noise measurement and analysis system is very important for noise control of automobiles,industrial machines and household appliances.Near field acoustic holography is a very effective sound source location method.By measuring the acoustic volume of the hologram surface,it uses the space holographic transform algorithm of sound field to reconstruct the three-dimensional sound field on the surface of the sound source.The Fourier-transform source strong simulation technology has high accuracy and adaptability.It can avoid problems such as interpolation processing and integration singularity,and can recognize the sound source of any shape.Lab VIEW has the characteristics of high programming efficiency,flexible programming and expansibility.Therefore,this paper uses the near-field acoustic holography theory based on the Fourier-transform source strong simulation technology and the study of the three-dimensional sound field measurement and analysis system combined with the efficient programming language Lab VIEW.In this paper,based on Fourier-transform source strong simulation technology of near-field acoustical holography algorithm as the theoretical basis,combined with Lab VIEW virtual instrument programming language,can take to develop a set of data acquisition and acoustic field reconstruction of sound source identification system.The system has the characteristics of the holographic data acquisition and analysis,the visualization of sound field reconstruction,and can quickly identify the near-field sound source.Firstly,this paper introduces the algorithm theory,the whole hardware composition of the design system,and the parameters and performance of each part of the hardware.Second,the software design and development system framework and the corresponding function module,and a numerical simulation is performed using the developed system,sound source identification module and the corresponding matlab algorithm simulation results are compared,verified the accuracy of sound source identification system software programming;Finally,the system has carried on the experiment,the experimental results were compared with the theoretical analysis,the results show that the system error is small,design and development of the system can be used to recognize the sound source,and through the reconstruction of different distance from the three-dimensional acoustic field reconstruction,reconstruction results show that the system identification of sound source location is roughly same,show the effectiveness of the system.The system has the advantages of multi-channel synchronous acquisition and calculation precision,which has certain value to the application of engineering practice.
