Along with the development of engineering vibration technology, it powerful boosts to the vibration pile hammer in the application and development, and being a large number of new type of no resonance vibration pile hammers. But in the practical engineering application, these new vibration pile machines have series of problems, such as difficult to change the moment, not easy to produc and use, tends to affect pile’s working progress.In order to provide certain theoretical basis to improve the mechanical design and technology level of vibration pile machine,it is quite necessary to use new thinking and innovative technology to improve vibration pile hammer.This paper designs a no resonance electric vibration pile hammer, introduces the basic structure of the vibration pile hammer and its working principle of various parts.Then it analysis the three characteristics of the no resonance electric vibration pile hammer detailed.The paper analysis the principle of avoiding resonance from the traditional vibration pile hammer, then designs a kind of eccentric wheel of the excitation device without resonance.The vibration absorber principle are described in detail, and establishes the force equilibrium equations of the slide motion, then analysis the whole movement process of the eccentric wheel’s moving slide block by the method of staging qualitative.Using the MATLAB software simulation to prove the avoiding resonance of the eccentric wheel vibration is feasible.Being static analysis of the finite element to the box’s structure of the no vibration modes vibration pile hammer by using the ANSYS, determines the stress concentration area in the structure,and finds out some deficiencies in the original design, and then takes some improvement measures to improve the structure’s strength,and makes the structure’s strength to reach the designing and using requirements.Finally, the paper using the finite element grid refinement and local analysis to prove the results which comes from the structure of the finite element are verified, and makes the error results from two grid refining’s calculation is no more than5%, to establish the best grid partition plan, then can improve the calculation accuracy when using the finite element to analyse the structures.
