Working principle of vibratory roller was that an eccentric block in centrifugal motionviolently was used to get vertical vibration force of compaction materials so that realized thecompaction homework. Along with the increase of roller time, soil had experience of plasticand plasticity and relative rigid stage, and finally achieved the stability of soil compactioncondition. At the same time the vibration of the huge energy transferred to the frame, not onlyaffected the operator comfort and fatigue, but also still severely damaged to the working life ofthe machine parts. Reducing vibration and compaction, the pair of mutual "paradox"relationship is difficulties of the design in study roller. From this problem, we strived to resolvecompaction and reduction of vibration, based on the two objectives roller parametersoptimization design problem. The main results of the study were that:The system model of the dynamic response about the vibration roller vibration reductionwas constructed, vibration system key parameters were analyzed in the methods ofmathematical quantitative, and vibration compaction performance and reduction effect wereassessed by pressure strength and relative transfer rate; Around reduction performance ofvibratory roller vibration, the key parameters on the effect of vibration reduction relation in thedynamic response of the vibration system model were analyzed; the vibration reductioneffectiveness evaluation basis was summarized; the quantitative method of vibration isolationsystem was introduced;The roller vibration absorber three-level system model of vibratory roller was described;vibration absorber system of various functions and mutual relationship were analyzed, andfocused on the physical properties of rubber shock absorber (materials, hardness, etc.),mechanical performance, installation means, and the advantages and disadvantages arediscussed, the rubber shock absorber static performance and dynamic response law werestudied;The mathematical model of the vibration system dynamic response simulation wasanalyzed and researched by matlab software. The vibration system, including the quality ofgood than, vibration frequency and vibration amplitude, the rigidity and damping of the shockabsorber, soil stiffness and damping parameters of key research, in this paper these parameterson the vibration reduction performance and the influence of the compaction effect wereanalyzed, for below parameters optimization analysis certain theory basis was provided;Thekey parameters as the design variables were selected, the extraction of the vibration system wasan important constraint condition, in order to reduce vibration compaction optimization andmaximize as optimized object, and the vibration system optimization design model wasconstructed. Finally an actual example was verified.
