Vibration is a frequent phenomenon.In the course of work,if the mechanical equipment vibration is too large,it will speed up the loss of equipment and shorten its service life,so as to warrant appropriate vibration control method to suppress unwanted vibration.Dynamic Absorber technology is an effective method of vibration control,it has the advantages of simple structure,high economic efficiency,easy to realize and so on,thus it has been widely used in the field of vibration control.Rubber as a viscoelastic material,has excellent mechanical performance and anti fatigue performance,relative density is small,the weight is light,structure is easy to change,and other features,with the development of the technology of synthetic rubber industry,also more and more widespread application in the field of vibration.In this paper,we study the dynamic vibration absorber with rubber components.The main research contents are as follows:According to the theory of vibration,the motion law of the main vibration system influenced by the external excitation is studied,the process of vibration generation is illustrated by the derivation of differential equations of motion.The motion law of two degrees of freedom vibration system is discussed by additional dynamic vibration absorber on the main vibration system,and the working principle of the dynamic vibration absorber is expounded.Study on the dynamic vibration absorber of rubber material as the viscoelastic element,the relative properties of rubber materials is analyzed in detail,such as the hardness,stiffness and damping characteristics.The influence of rubber hardness on the natural frequency of the dynamic vibration absorber system was studied by experiments,the results show that with the increase of the rubber hardness,its natural frequency is also increased.The influence of the change of the structure size of the circular rubber element on the natural frequency of the system is studied by simulation,the results show that the natural frequency of dynamic vibration absorber system will change with the changes of the structural size of the circular rubber components,there is a relationship between the natural frequency of the vibration absorber system with circular rubber element structure size.To meet the performance requirements of dynamic absorber system natural frequency,application of Isight integrated software platform for damping rubber absorber size optimization design for structure.The optimal design mathematical model is established by using the outer radius,height and mass of the cylindrical rubber element are used as the optimization design variables and the natural frequency of the rubber vibration absorber as the optimization objective,the size of rubber dynamic absorber is optimized based on Isight integrated platform,and the optimization results are verified by the experiment of rubber vibration absorber.Application of plate test platform which is used to verify the vibration effect of the dynamic vibration absorber to simulate the vibration of air conditioning seawater pump.Through the simulation method obtain installation position 1 of the displacement frequency response function curve,using orthogonal polynomial method to identify the equivalent parameters,using fixed-point theory matching three parameters,based on Isight rubber dynamic vibration absorber parameters optimization design method to determine the size for structure.The dynamic vibration absorber is installed in three different positions of the experimental flat plate,the vibration absorption experiment shows that the vibration source is farther away from the vibration source,the vibration reduction effect will be gradually reduced.Finally,future research work is prospected.
