| Along with the development of the car industry, the powerseat is widely used. The cushion is one of the important parts of powerseat. The functions of cushion are to carry the driver and passengers, adjust sitting position, and slow down the impacts causing from car body. The quality of the cushion has important influence on comfort and safety of powerseat. Therefore quality test of cushion has important significance.Every manufacturer urgently need to design new testing equipments to fit the production requirement. According to the FAURECIA Audi Q5powerseat assembly line,we designed the comprehensive performance testing platform.The dynamic range of current and vibration and other design specifications were researched before the testing.The vibration sensor used on cushion vibration test and the current sensor used on motor current test were selected and installed.The mechanical structure of the test platform was designed as the resign requirements.This platform used Lab VIEW virtual instrument as the method of testing.It combines test software/function module and computer together in order to achieve test function. Virtual Instrument uses software instead of hardware of traditional testing instruments.So it can process and display more complex dynamical signals. Virtual Instrument has lots of advantages,such as high precision, good repeatability, fast corresponding speed, short set up time and function-extensible.This platform was designed for testing the vibration, current of the motor on cushion and so on.At the same time,it calculates and shows the test results.The main research works are as followed.Firstly, the paper introduced the home and abroad development history and research significance of the cushion;Secondly, the testing methods of vibration signals and current signals were introduced. What’s more, making the choices of the sensors of vibration and current; Thirdly, the mechanical structural design and the electrical design of test platform were did; Fourthly, according to the instrument structure, the hardware of data acquisition was designed, particularly designing the data acquisition software according to the design requirement;The signals is analysised and processed using FFT and LabVIEW according to the design requirements;Finally,the paper summarizes the project according to the emerging problems of every process and the handling methods we used.This test platform has accomplished the test of cushion vibration and motor current.The design of data acquisition and processing system are parametric, modular and standardization platform.Hardware and software of control system are integrated by new way. This platform can be extended, improved; it would have a wide market prospect. After almost two months of production site online test,the platform received the good reputation of manufacture and through their examination and receiving. |
